Ingredients
1 banana
½ cup of applesauce
2 Eggs
A pinch of cinnamon
2 tbsp sea moss
1 tbsp of vanilla extract (optional)
Directions
Add all of the ingredients to your blender and blend until you get a pancake-like consistency
Pour out into desired size into a hot pan and flip when air bubbles are seen.
