4 Tablespoons of Plain Sea Moss Gel
3 Frozen Bananas
1.5 cups Almond Milk
2 Dates (optional)
2 Tablespoons of unsweetened Cocoa Powder
½ Teaspoon of Cinnamon
½ cup of Ice
Blend all the ingredients at the same time until you get a thick consistency
Serve your milkshake and add your preferred toppings such as non-dairy chocolate, cinnamon or Fruit.
*Bananas: Frozen bananas result in a thicker, creamier, milkshake-like consistency. But if you don't have frozen, fresh will work too.
