1 cup coconut milk
1⁄2 cup blueberries
A banana
Some ice
2 tablespoons sea moss.
A scoop of chocolate protein powder
A cup of spinach
A tablespoon of almond butter
Directions
With the protein powder, you can use your favorite one, or even
a low-calorie alternative
Mix them together, using more milk or ice to improve the
